    How It Works

    Choose your project and design options from the dropdown menu. If applicable, provide any required personalization details, such as:

    • Names or initials
    • Color and stain choices
    • Other customizations specific to your project

    Once you’ve made your selections:

    • Review and agree to our policies
    • Add your project to the cart and proceed to checkout
    • We’ll prepare everything so it’s ready for your scheduled workshop!

    Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

    Once your order has been submitted, we immediately begin the production process for your project. We do not offer refunds. If you are unable to attend your scheduled workshop, you have the following options:

    • Rescheduling: You may request a studio credit by emailing Hammerandstainhuntsville@gmail.com at least 48 hours before your class. Studio credits are valid for 6 months. Requests made less than 48 hours before may not be honored.
    • Alternative Options: If you cannot attend, you may pick up your project to complete at home, attend another available workshop, or join an Open Studio session (availability may vary).

    Hammer & Stain reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page. If you have any questions regarding cancellations or other policies, please contact us.

    Guest Policy

    Unless specified in the workshop description, only registered guests may attend our workshops, including private parties. Bringing an unregistered guest may result in them being asked to leave, as this impacts the experience of our registered makers.

    If you’d like to add a guest, you can inquire about purchasing an additional seatβ€”subject to approval. By completing your registration, you agree to these terms.

    Wood

    This is a natural wood workshop, so your sign will have random cracks,
    chips, knots and other natural blemishes that give it character! Some peeling may occur. We will do our very best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional, but due to the nature of the workshop we can make no guarantees. Please keep in mind, no sign is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted, but it will certainly be wall worthy!
