Once your order has been submitted, we immediately begin the production process for your project. We do not offer refunds. If you are unable to attend your scheduled workshop, you have the following options:

• Rescheduling: You may request a studio credit by emailing Hammerandstainhuntsville@gmail.com at least 48 hours before your class. Studio credits are valid for 6 months. Requests made less than 48 hours before may not be honored.
• Alternative Options: If you cannot attend, you may pick up your project to complete at home, attend another available workshop, or join an Open Studio session (availability may vary).

Unless specified in the workshop description, only registered guests may attend our workshops, including private parties. Bringing an unregistered guest may result in them being asked to leave, as this impacts the experience of our registered makers.

If you’d like to add a guest, you can inquire about purchasing an additional seat—subject to approval. By completing your registration, you agree to these terms.

This is a natural wood workshop, so your sign will have random cracks,
chips, knots and other natural blemishes that give it character! Some peeling may occur. We will do our very best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional, but due to the nature of the workshop we can make no guarantees. Please keep in mind, no sign is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted, but it will certainly be wall worthy!
