To book a party, you must email us at hammerandstainhuntsville@gmail.com to ensure your desired date is available. Failure to email us prior to purchasing this deposit may result in your desired date already being taken. Deposits will not be refunded if you do not email us prior to purchasing and your date is taken.

 

In order to secure your date, you MUST submit the $50 deposit.


As the host(ess), YOU are responsible for inviting guests and making sure they register by your workshop deadline. The deadline for ALL guest to register is 5 days prior to your event. 


If you cancel or reschedule your party for ANY reason your deposit will be forfeited.

To get your full deposit back, you MUST have at least 8 guests , including yourself, register AND ATTEND your event. The deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after your event takes place. If you do not get at least 8 guests registered by the deadline (5 days prior to event), your event will still be held but your deposit will NOT be refunded

ONLY those who have registered can enter the studio, NO OTHER GUESTS may be allowed to attend unless they have registered. Everyone attending your workshop MUST BE 21 years of age or older if alcohol is present. 

Private Workshops will have exclusive access of our workshop for 3 hours on the date and time you have secured. Food and drinks are allowed in the studio. You will have access to the studio no earlier than 15 minutes prior if you wish to bring food, drinks, and/or decorations. Should the event be longer than the 3 hours of the scheduled time, you will FORFEIT your deposit.

Once someone has registered and picked their design NO CHANGES can be made. Please make sure everyone understands this. Once your deposit has been paid, our workshop coordinator will send you our project portfolio to select your projects. We request you send your choices within five (5) days of receiving the portfolio so we can setup your event exclusive registration link. 

COVID-19 GUIDELINES:
  • There is a maximum of 12 people allowed in the workshop.
  • Only those who register are allowed into the studio. If you are not registered, you will be asked to leave. No exceptions.
  • Masks are required while in the workshop.
  • Aprons will not be used during this time, but you may bring your own.
  • Only one person allowed at the paints and stains at any given time.

Terms of Purchase

Once your order is submitted, we begin production of your personalized product. There will be no refunds given for workshops. All cancellations will be issued as a credit to be used for a future workshop, and will be subject to a 30% fee of the purchase amount. To receive a credit, you must give a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the start of the event. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a credit. Any Hammer at Home project that has not been picked up two weeks after the scheduled pick-up date will be forfeited by the customer with no refunds given. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page.
