*Weekday Private Party Deposit*

In order to secure your date, you MUST submit the $50 deposit.
If you cancel or reschedule your party for ANY reason your deposit will be forfeited.
To get your full deposit back, you MUST have at least 8 guests, including yourself, register AND ATTEND your event. The deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after your event takes place. If you do not get at least 8 guests registered by the deadline (5 days prior to event), your event will still be held but your deposit will NOT be refunded.
ONLY those who have registered can enter the studio, NO OTHER GUESTS may be allowed to attend unless they have registered. Everyone attending your workshop MUST BE 21 years of age or older if alcohol is present.
Private Workshops will have exclusive access of our workshop for 3 hours on the date and time you have secured. Food and drinks are allowed in the studio. You will have access to the studio no earlier than 15 minutes prior if you wish to bring food, drinks, and/or decorations. Should the event be longer than the 3 hours of the scheduled time, you will FORFEIT your deposit.
Once someone has registered and picked their design NO CHANGES can be made. Please make sure everyone understands this. Once your deposit has been paid, our workshop coordinator will send you our project portfolio to select your projects. We request you send your choices within five (5) days of receiving the portfolio so we can setup your event exclusive registration link.
- There is a maximum of 12 people allowed in the workshop.
- Only those who register are allowed into the studio. If you are not registered, you will be asked to leave. No exceptions.
- Masks are required while in the workshop.
- Aprons will not be used during this time, but you may bring your own.
- Only one person allowed at the paints and stains at any given time.
