About the Organization:
Cattyshack Cat Rescue is a nonprofit cat rescue and cat lounge located at Lowe Mill ARTS & Entertainment, dedicated to giving cats a second chance at life. Their mission is centered on rescuing, caring for, and finding loving homes for cats in need while creating a safe and welcoming environment for both cats and the community. Through their compassion and dedication, they provide love, comfort, and support to every cat that comes into their care.

During this creative workshop, you’ll get the chance to make your own Crushed Glass Pet Sun Catcher while enjoying a fun and social DIY experience. Our team will guide you step-by-step so you can relax, get creative, and leave with a handmade project you’ll love.

Project:
Participants will create a Crushed Glass Pet Sun Catcher, a beautiful resin project made with vibrant colored crushed glass. Choose from a variety of pet-themed designs to create a sparkling piece that celebrates your favorite furry friend. Our team will guide you step-by-step as you arrange the crushed glass and bring your design to life in resin, creating a unique sun catcher that shines beautifully in the light.

How It Works

Choose your project and design options from the dropdown menu. If applicable, provide any required personalization details, such as:

  • Other customizations specific to your project

Once you’ve made your selections:

  • Review and agree to our policies
  • Add your project to the cart and proceed to checkout
  • We’ll prepare everything so it’s ready for your scheduled workshop!

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Once your order has been submitted, we immediately begin the production process for your project. We do not offer refunds. If you are unable to attend your scheduled workshop, you have the following options:

  • Rescheduling: You may request a studio credit by emailing Hammerandstainhuntsville@gmail.com at least 48 hours before your class. Studio credits are valid for 6 months. Requests made less than 48 hours before may not be honored.
  • Alternative Options: If you cannot attend, you may pick up your project to complete at home, attend another available workshop, or join an Open Studio session (availability may vary).

Guest Policy

Unless specified in the workshop description, only registered guests may attend our workshops, including private parties. Bringing an unregistered guest may result in them being asked to leave, as this impacts the experience of our registered makers.

If you’d like to add a guest, you can inquire about purchasing an additional seat—subject to approval. By completing your registration, you agree to these terms.

Wood

This is a natural wood workshop, so your sign will have random cracks,
chips, knots and other natural blemishes that give it character! Some peeling may occur. We will do our very best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional, but due to the nature of the workshop we can make no guarantees. Please keep in mind, no sign is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted, but it will certainly be wall worthy!
