Once your order is submitted, we begin production of your personalized product. There will be no refunds given for workshops. All cancellations will be issued as a credit to be used for a future workshop, and will be subject to a 30% fee of the purchase amount. To receive a credit, you must give a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the start of the event. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a credit. Any Hammer at Home project that has not been picked up two weeks after the scheduled pick-up date will be forfeited by the customer with no refunds given.
