Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."
A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Registrations for this event are limited (to allow everyone to have session time), and will close at 8 pm on March 20, 2020!
Please browse our images and select the item you would like to create. When you arrive, you will have an unfinished wood piece and a custom stencil. You will choose from our stains and paints, and be coached through creating your project by our team.
HOW TO REGISTER:
1. Choose your project design from the drop down menu below. The drop down menu will drive the price and picture associated with the project selected.
2. On the personalization form, enter the personalized data neededin order to prepare your stencil.
Once your order is submitted, we begin production of your personalized product. There will be no refunds given for workshops. All cancellations will be issued as a credit to be used for a future workshop, and will be subject to a 30% fee of the purchase amount. To receive a credit, you must give a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the start of the event. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a credit. Any Hammer at Home project that has not been picked up two weeks after the scheduled pick-up date will be forfeited by the customer with no refunds given.
