In order to secure your date, you MUST submit the $50 deposit.

This is for a teacher-led party which will be held through Zoom. Information on how to join the Zoom call will be given when projects are picked up. A pickup date and time will need to be chosen and confirmed by Hammer & Stain Huntsville. All projects MUST be picked up on the designated date and time. It is easiest to have the host pick up everyone's project at once, however individuals registered for the event can pick up as well. Failure to pick up at the agreed date/time will forfeit your project and payment.

As the host(ess), YOU are responsible for inviting guests and making sure they register by your workshop deadline. The deadline for ALL guests to register is 5 days prior to your event. Once someone has registered and picked their design NO CHANGES can be made. Please make sure everyone understands this. 

If you cancel or reschedule your party for ANY reason your deposit will be forfeited.

To get your full deposit back, you MUST have at least 8 guests on weekday or 12 guests on weekends, including yourself, register AND ATTEND your event. The deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after your event takes place. If you do not get the minimum number of guests registered by the deadline (5 days prior to event), your event will still be held but your deposit will NOT be refunded

Once your deposit has been paid, our workshop coordinator will send you our project portfolio to select your projects. We request you send your choices within five (5) days of receiving the portfolio so we can setup your event exclusive registration link. There will be an additional $8 fee added to each project for preparation and packaging.

    Once your order is submitted, we begin production of your personalized product. There will be no refunds given for workshops. All cancellations will be issued as a credit to be used for a future workshop, and will be subject to a 30% fee of the purchase amount. To receive a credit, you must give a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the start of the event. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a credit. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page.
