Thank you for choosing Hammer & Stain Huntsville for your take-home party! This is a self-guided party where we provide instructions on how to complete your project at home.
Before we can set up your event, you will need to agree to the terms and conditions below.
A pickup date and time will need to be chosen and confirmed by Hammer & Stain Huntsville. All projects MUST be picked up on the designated date and time. It is easiest to have the host pick up everyone's project at once, however individuals registered for the event can pick up as well. Failure to pick up at the agreed date/time will forfeit your project and payment.
As the host(ess), YOU are responsible for inviting guests and ensuring they register by the deadline for your event. The deadline to register for your event is five (5) days prior to your event's pickup date. 

You MUST have at least five (5) people, including yourself, register for your event. If unable to meet the minimum registered, your party will be canceled. Once someone has registered and picked their design NO CHANGES can be made. Please make sure all attendees to your event understand this. 

Once your deposit has been paid, our workshop coordinator will send you our project portfolio to select your projects. You can select up to three (3) projects to offer for your event. We request you email your choices within three (3) days of receiving the portfolio so we can setup your event exclusive registration link. There will be an additional $8 fee added to each project for preparation and packaging.

Terms of Purchase

Once your order is submitted, we begin production of your personalized product. There will be no refunds given for workshops. All cancellations will be issued as a credit to be used for a future workshop, and will be subject to a 30% fee of the purchase amount. To receive a credit, you must give a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the start of the event. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a credit. Any Hammer at Home project that has not been picked up two weeks after the scheduled pick-up date will be forfeited by the customer with no refunds given. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page.
